Aidan Gillen who plays Petyr Baelish (Littlefinger) was that coked up lunatic John Boy in Love/Hate.

Ciaran Hinds (Mance) also plays Aberforth Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt II.

Aiden Gillen (Littlefinger) was in The Wire as Tommy Carcetti and also in the opening scene of Dark Knight Rises with Bane in the plane

Jorah Mormont was in the Weeping Angels two-part story of Doctor Who series 5.

Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon) was in The Full Monty and a few ITV/BBC drama/comedy type shows I think.

Can't really remember his name but the Mormont who is in charge of the Night's Watch played a priest in Season 3 of Sons of Anarchy.

The Hound was the guy who goes "Yarp" in Hot Fuzz (couldn't believe it when I found that out )

Michelle Fairley (Catelyn Stark) was Nathan's mother in about 2 episodes of Misfits, and I think was also Hermione's mother in Harry Potter and Deadly Hallows Pt1 but didn't have any lines.

Paul Kaye (Thoros of Mir) was in a bunch of British stuff too, notably portraying a comedy character called Dennis Pennis who'd take the p*ss out of celebrities).

That's all I can think of now which hasn't already been said.

Natalie Dormer (margery) and Joe Dempsy (Gendry) were both in The Fades (BBC 3 drama now on Netflix). Ian Hanmore (played the Warlock in season 2) was also in that.

A lot of the cast of The Last Legion pop up in Game of Thrones, notably The Mormonts James Cosmo (The old Bear) and Iain Glen (Jorah Mormont) .

He's also in the film "It's all gone Pete Tong". He plays the part of DJ that goes deaf and has to come to terms with it.
An excellent film and some great acting by Kaye

the mountain, its a different actor in this series than the first.

The actor who play him is over 7 foot.

the hound actor is still big over 6 and a half feet, and you might recognise him from the old porridge adverts where he wore a kilt and white vest ;-)
