Bought a 36 x 18 indirect cylinder from Heatmerchants, fitted it and the bottom joint where the coil exits from the body leaked.Had to take out the cylinder and return it.Was replaced with no quibble but can I look for any labour charges from supplier after having to take out and replace it again as it was a faulty cylinder? Thanks

Could have been caused by the installation, these things are tested.

Think you'll find (as with most manufacturers) it's a parts only warranty
