Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    hi all, im a landlord with an apt in waterford. was onto city council about the RAS options but i believe that its all HAP now. Basically I need to find tenant on rent allowance/housing list. , then the council must ok the property,before agreement can be made but the council will not pass on my details to anyone on the housing list. It seems crazy that there is a housing shortage and a shortage of landlords taking rent allowance yet the council wont link up two. Does anyone know where I can find someone in waterford city, near peoples park, who wants a two bed apt who qualifies for rent allowance/ras/hap. or can anyone point me in the right direction
