Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quick question for those in the know.
Which is the best position for the damper on my back boiler to get water heated.
    Pushed fully back, closed.
    Pulled forward slightly, half open.
Or fully forward, all the way open.

    Many thanks

Fully forward to force all the heat to pass through the boiler.

According to grant website, if you are using smokless coal then you pull it out to the first setting, and if using normal coal you pull it all the way out to the second setting.
