fuel allowance waiting time

I applied for fuel allowance in May, but still didn't get the decision. I'm in the SW office every week and every week I'm being given a different excuse )i.e.: your application is being processed; waiting for supervisor signature; we don't know what's the story is; we don't have it; etc, this kind of answers). Can anyone point me in the right direction of what I'm supposed to do to get any answer from them?

I suggest you call into your citizens information centre and explain the situation and ask them to ring someone (they will know who's best) on your behalf to get a firm answer.

There are different section for fuel allowance depending on your SW payment,the where to apply section in the link has the phone numbers you need.
