Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all,

Mods, not sure if this is the right forum, feel free to move.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with doing an internship in India? The kind of areas I'd be steering towards wouldn't have anything to do with teaching/NGOs etc.; I'd be looking into the area of working for a finance or IT company - specifically in the area of training. Bangalore and Pune are the areas I'm concentrating on.

My own reading of the visa rules would seem to suggest that internships for these kind of companies would be treated the same way as short term work for NGOs and the like; so long as the remuneration wasn't beyond a stipend - I could of course be wrong on this.

If anyone has any advise or experiences to share it would be appreciated.
