    Audi a8
    Bmw 7 series
    MB S class

    Luxury? S-Class.
    Handling and ride? Probably 7 Series. Audi falls somewhere quite nicely in between. Really though, cant imagine much between them, unless the S-Class is decked with options, some of them are rather exclusive.

    Of those 3, I'd go with the Merc,
    I haven't actually driven the current model of the Merc or Audi though...

    Maybe not the Benz, i've read too many road tests that were cut short by warning lights.

    I drive the old S Class (W220), have driven a few of the new ones, absolutely amazing.

    Drove an 07 BMW 730 diesel which was stunning.

    A8 I haven't had the pleasure of.

    Lexus is part of the Big Boys now with the current LS, it's a beautiful looking machine.


    Edit: and hey, you feel something is wrong if you don't get a warning light in a merc.
