Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

vlc media player will play em for ya - otherwise you need to download the correct codec.

VLC plays the sound ok, but no movie! On another movie, in DivX, it plays sound and vision but no subtitles!

Good point; the same problems (no subtitles on one, no picture on the other) with MPlayer.

By the way, tman, what *is* that .exe file your link leads to? Presumably an .exe file won't work on a Mac, if it's a codec?

didn't realise this was the mac forum, luckat:o

chances are an injection of codec goodness will sort your problem out... i wouldn't have the foggiest idea where to look for mac codecs though.
