Review of the Agency Workers Regulations 2011 Northern Ireland

The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) Northern Ireland has appointed RSM McClure Watters (If you would like to verify who we are, please follow the link http://www.rsmmcclurewatters.com/ ) to undertake research into the Agency Workers Regulations (NI) which were implemented in 2011.

The primary purpose of the research is to understand how the Agency Workers Regulations (NI) 2011 has impacted you. The finalised report will be used to inform a revision of the Agency Workers Regulations within the next year in Northern Ireland.

As such we are interested in speaking to any of the following groups:

• Agency workers;
• Employers that hire agency workers; and
• Agencies.

All responses are treated in complete confidence, and any information presented in our report will be in summary form only. It will not be possible to identify details about any specific individual or organisation.
