Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Blackberry Whats App / WiFi Question

    Hi I saw a threat with some black berry users, I'm hoping some of you can help me.

    I'm trying to download What's App onto my Blackberry.

    I got as far as downloading it,run, enter mobile phone number.
    But then it displays a message saying "Verification requires a working wifi or cellular data connection, but we couldn't find either one"

    I have a data plan on my number.
    I'm not so sure I have it connecting to Wifi correctly.

    In "Manage Connections" WiFi is ticked, on the left, but on the right there's a white minus sign.
    However I can connect to wifi networks.

    I'm on the Vodafone Network if that makes a difference.
    Under Options, About, the version is Blackberry 8520
    Smartphone (Edge, WiFi)
    V5.0.0.681 (Bundle 1168, Platform 5.2.0.67)

    If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

    I have a Z10 with BBOS 10 and whatsapp works fine. When I first installed it I had to get some txt code from whatsapp to verify my mobile number.

    it's at that stage i get a problem
    message saying cannot verify, no wifi connection
    but there is, i can connect fine
