Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I am looking for a rough estimate of the cost of completely re-doing the plumbing of a 1970's 4-bed semi.

The house will be completely empty, will be redecorated anyway afterwards and the floors will not yet be laid so hopefully access will be easy enough.

    - Remove old radiators etc
    - approx. 10 new radiators with TRV
    - New efficient gas boiler (boiler is in the garage (detached))
    - 3 zones/controls
    - New hot water cylinder
    - plumbing new kitchen, new downstairs WC, new bathroom and new en-suite.

I will be getting 3 quotes from reputable plumbers, but can't do that at the moment as we haven't moved into the house yet. I'm just looking for ballpark here.

    Thanks in advance.
