Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

To avoid spammers taking advantage hotmail make this difficult. Some exchange accounts allow you to upload .csv files but hotmail dont allow that. Its a tough one.

You use a hotmail account for customers?

If you have an excel file(or copy and paste into a new simpler file) with columns labelled Name, Email, etc and your 300 rows of data, you can export this from excel, saving it to a .CSV (Comma Separated) formatted file.

You could import this into a Gmail accounts contacts list --- possibly with options for mapping Name, Email, etc to Gmail's corresponding contacts fields.
Gmail has the option to Send Mail As... another email account. You could add your Hotmail account to this list.

If I was your customer though, you'd be looking pretty dodgy with such subterfuge LOL :-)

Instead: register domain name(~€10/yr), set up Google Apps for organistions to provide email interface, send email to your lists from Sales@YourDomain.com, and have the use of Anyname@YourDomain.com for other contact channels.

    You're right !!!!

I thought that was still not available, you can do it now though.

Go to Contacts -> Create a new group -> Import Contacts -> Upload your .csv file

But i'd agree with above, using hotmail address for business is not good for business.
