Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Breaking pub lease and alterations made to pub during lease

Just wondering what the position is when a tenant signs a 4 year pub lease and pulls out of the lease without informing the landlord beforehand before the end of the lease. Not looking for legal advice, just wondering out of curiosity as to what the story is legally as I've heard about this happening a few times, usually in one of the pubs concerned and I'd like to know more than the other patrons:rolleyes:;)
