Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hiyas was wondering if anyone can help me with the annual tax saver rail and bus tickets and ow much wud i save at present im spending 135 per month on rail and bus ticket :eek:

    It will depend on what rate of tax you are paying.

    As far as I know you have to wait till January to avail of it as they only have annual tax free tickets

    Period depends on the employer. If you're public sector, note that your salary figure used for calculation of the pension levy is reduced by the cost of the ticket - a saving of a further 10% for most (on top of 52% paye + prsi + usc if at higher tax rate).

    As fas as I know the Public sector scheme only works from January to January unfortuately
