Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've been playing through a Marshall 15watt (MG15RCD) for about 4 years now, just using it for home and jammin with the band. It is loud enough to be heard over the drums!
    Anyway, I'm lookin to upgrade.
    I have a budget of about €250.

Think im gonna go with the Line6 Spider II 30.

Hope to by the channel footswitch while Im at it.

So does anyone have any advice for me before I buy?

Will be using a Fender Tele Mex and an Epiphone SG310.

I was playing through one of those line6 deals the other night at a gig and found it fairly sweet. Wouldnt be interested in the onboard effects myself, but the tone was nice. If you could afford it, a vox amp would match your tele nicely. But they might be over your budget.

The Spider would be my recommendation on that budget. Go for it. Get yourself some strings/leads and general sundries while you're at it - it all comes under the same 23 euro shipping.

    Thanks lads.

Eoin: Gonna get the amp and Tele through that http://www.musictechnology.ie crowd in dublin, they're matching the thomann price(including the €23) anyway.
