Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cost of fitting isolation valves

    All,

    Ive got a small plumbing job to be done at home. Can ye give me a ballpark figure of how much it would cost to install an isolation valve on 3 toilets.

    Less than €100 i would imagine.

    €60/€70 maybe.

    Massively depends on the access I would have assumed.

    Will the plumber have access to the feeds for example or will he need to go digging, removing panels, tiles etc etc

    if access is available its a 1 hour job, if not...

    Access is not an issue. Pipes are in plain sight. I had attempted to fit one and had made a balls of it so need to replace about 1 ft of copper pipe also.
