What error do you get on the Sky+ box?

Call your Broadcaster (then a phone number) to order this programme

Make sure your phone line is plugged in; then ring sky and ask them to enable the card for impulse PPV, I had this problem on the second box when I got a mirror sub a quick phone call and it was sorted instantly
