    Hi all, im staring nursing this year and im just wondering what the course is like.

    How much time is involved study/ lectures etc?

    Also what practicals are involved in 1st year.?

    Hi im just finished 1st year so hopefully i can help!
    the timetable changes every week for example some weeks you would have 16 hours other weeks 22. for the first semester most weeks we had around 19 hours of lectures. in the module NU1032 you study clinical nursing skills and there would be practical classes every couple of weeks on the 'wards' on the 2nd floor.
