Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this. My partner recieved a summons to appear for jury duty next month. A couple of years ago he recieved a 9month suspended sentence and was bound to the peace for 12mts. Does this mean he inelegible for duty??
The form is clear enough that imprisonment etc. makes you inelegible but it is not very clear about suspended sentences. If anyone has any idea about this, it would be appreciated.
    :)Thanks

A suspended sentence would count just as much as an actual prison sentence.
