Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That would depend on a number of factors.
You most likely do not have a sign or T&C printed anywhere to advise your customers that they must collect all products( whether paid in full or secured by a deposit ) within a certain timeframe.
The absence of such a sign will create a difficulty for you if you dispose of the property.
Do you intend to refund the person in full for the goods that you have disposed of ?
Are the goods a special order and would they cost more for you to re-order if you sold( the fully paid for goods) them to a third party?
The title of the property has transferred to the purchaser; you may feel anxious that it is in danger of being lost, stolen or damaged whilst on your premises but as you have not told the purchaser that there is an Uncollected Goods Policy I feel that you are obliged to keep the goods in a secure place until the owner collects them.
