Claiming VAT from USA invoice

    Hi,

    Quick question, can I claim VAT back on a US invoice?

    I bought some computer parts from a retailer on Amazon.de.
    I thought the seller was based in the UK (UK domain and email) but the company is registered in the USA.

    I got a VAT invoice from them to that effect. Invoice is in euros.

    Can I put it in as part of my usual VAT returns?
