Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Turning off vs Leaving On Projector

I'm just wondering what the general consensus is on turning off your projector.

For example, if you've finished watching something, but plan on watching something else in a couple of hours time, is it better for the bulb to power off and power back on again, or leave it on for the couple of hours in a low-power mode?

It'll depend on the projector. Some start off quite bright and others build up the brightness slowly (dark image as splash screen, kind of a dim yellowish hue from whatever source for a minute or two) - the slower the build up the less of a toll it's taking on the lamp.
If it'll have a couple of hours to rest, turn it off.
