Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi I'm trying to build a small box for holding nuts and bolts... with the bits of wood I have round ... I plan on using some left over pinewood strips for the sides of the box and the inner partitions

I have it cut as below, should I glue the pinewood strip to the pinewood shelving or nail it ?

If in doubt "glue and screw".

I'd use 3.5x40mm screws (pre drill) dab on the glue screw up and wipe off the excess, job done. If you clamp the base which is quite thick to a bench then you can get the bottom edges level by holding the strip wood flat with the bench as you put in the first couple of screws if you get what I mean.
