Hard Reset a GoTab 7 inch tablet running Android

Hi there, Can anyone help. My daughter got a 7" GoTab tablet for Christmas and now when it starts up it wont go past the Android Logo. It just sits there and then goes off. I am trying to do do a hard reset on it but all the key combinations I try just do nothing. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
