Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    There is another case coming up . Hopw will that suceed when the last one did not? Has something changed n Irish Constitutional Law?

    I don't know what the basis for the (supposed) new case might be, but the reason Ryan is famous (notorious?) doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the place of fluoride ions in Irish society per se. Ryan is fundamental to the doctrine of unenumerated constitutional rights.

    And yes, constitutional law changes over time. This can happen without any constitutional amendments, the Constitution can just 'evolve' via the courts waltzing with the human experience, as society leads, of course.

    Again, that has no bearing on the fluoride case one way or the other.
