Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't give advice as per the charter.

Occupiers Liability Act, 1995 possibility, nowhere near enough information there to tell though. A solicitor would be wise.

These are the the sorts of claims that put people off arranging anything for young people.

Unless there is some serious permanent injury involved forget it.

More of a moral point than anything to do with the law surely.

Recourse to the law may prohibit some people from organizing children's events. In that case, it may actually be for the best. We can't just focus on the downside of personal injuries litigation and ignore the upside: more careful planning, and greater awareness of safety concerns around young children.
