Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Handcent SMS - picture issue

    Hey all, hoping someone can help.

    Had Handcent on my Desire HD working perfectly, loved the features of it and the UI.

    I can't get it working perfectly on the HTC One X though. Issue is I can't get contact pictures to show. For some of the contacts they do show facebook images in the contact card, but for a few it doesn't - and I can't work out what the issue is. In the stock SMS app the pictures show up as they do in the People/Phone list. On occasion, through messing around, I have got them to show up in Handcent but then they don't in the stock app/phone list.

    If I click on the contact image in handcent (blank image) it brings me to the persons contact card with the image - so I can't work out why hadcent isn't displaying the image in the first place.

    I have made sure it is up to date, and I have looked through the settings - nothing seems to solve the issue.

    The fact it displays some, but not all, contact pictures is really annoying me!

    It also won't display my own picture - either facebook or google.

    Having the same issue with the same contact cards on Go SMS too - so it looks to be a phone issue.

    Irritating.
