leisure battery not charging on 220v

while away last week when connected to 220v i descovered the leisure battery wasnt charging, its not the battery as it topped up the next day while driving and i have chaecked the relay at the battery and its working (forced 12v pulse) and all the outputs from my schaudt 280 are giving me 12v so i dont know where to look…

any advice would be gratefuly received!!
