Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I wake up at 6:58PM every day. Something is up!

    You work night shifts maybe?

Now i would hate to think i'm going insane but for the last like year, those numbers are always there when i look at a clock on the tv or in my room or on the computer.

Look at your watch/clock/whatever more than twice a day and this should solve your problem.

Slightly OT, but I have a knack for knowing the exact time, right down to the minute; when someone asks, or even if I'm just wondering, I'm usually exactly right.

    I'm a special boy.

On nights out I try to make hte number plate of the taxi add up to 13 or 23 (that damn movie!!!)

    Saturday night it was ??-G-6727

    (7*2)+6=20 - 7= 13

It's irritating if it doesn't add up!

I also notice 13:37 quite a lot. You'll notice any number that has some relevance to you and think its a coincidence.
I tend to notice 13:37 a lot... though I don't think there's anything freaky about it... I agree with Fighting Irish tbh.

Believe it or not I notice 13.37 a lot too - wierd!

I remember being freaked out by the number 13 and so started seeing it everywhere, but the really weird thing was I got a name tag once that I had to wear saying ELVIS, which backwards looked like 13...

Strange, I knew what this thread was about as soon as I read the title! I notice 11:11 a lot as well, mostly sice I came across the Rufus Wainwright song of the same name. Relevance? It's just a number that sticks in your head. You probably notice 16:20, 14:17 and 13:37 just as much tbh, they just don't stick in your head.

It's always 88:88 for me... my clock may be broken.

    for me its 7:47.

i also refuse to set my alarm for 'even times' e.g. on the hour. It has to be at an odd time.

I had a Lecturer that used to line up the pencils on his desk so they were parallel or at right angles. Anything like that?

not quite that bad. although i do like my calculator to be straight. I think it might be a lecturer thing, probably something to do with the focus needed to get the PhD in the first place.

When I worked in xtravision in the evenings every single time I would check to see what time it was at exactly 9:11pm. Every single time.
