I've been lucky enough to have been offered and signed a contract with an e-publisher in the US for my romance novel Only You.

I don't have an agent so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction regarding someone to ask advice about income from my novel which will be coming from the US. I know it won't be much but it's something I need to know e.g. the Artists Tax Exemption, should I apply for this? Should I just find myself an accountant? Should I join a writers association? And other equally boring stuff!

But I've got over myself now! I've been referred to as an Author a few times, now, and it did wonders for my self confidence!

To hell with "referred to", if you're being published then you *are* an author. Congratulations! Will we be seeing you contribute stuff to the forum?

I think EileenG has been through all this with her e-books. From memory it was a whole bunch of hassle. Maybe try a search or drop her a PM or wait until she shows up?
