Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bray to Santry at 9am - eastlink or westlink?

    Hi all, hoping you wise folk can advise me...

    I have to drive from home in Bray to Santry tomorrow for a work thing stopping in Cabinteely on the way to pick someone up. I have never travelled this journey before at rush hour - only at the weekends, and have no idea how long it will take. I need to be in Santry at 9am.

    I know the M50 is nightmarish but given that the Rock Rd. is half closed it might be an easier drive than heading for the Eastlink?

    I have asked around in work but as I work in Wicklow nobody can advise me! How long will this take me do you think

    I'd say you'd want to be on the M50 for 7am at the latest tbh.

    I'd go the M50, as the N11 has been a nightmare all week - gridlock around stillorgan even at 7.15....

    Yes, M50 but get going early. The National/World Ploughing Championships are on in Carlow so there may be extra traffic about. If you arrive in Santry too early, you can always go to the Crowne Plaza or somewhere for breakfast.

    Right I'll forward this on to the girl I'm collecting and hopefully she won't moan too much when I tell her I'll be there for her at 7!
