There was about 4 miles of a tail back going into castledermot this morning, there was even a queue to get onto the M9 from the M7, I would advise people to consider using the N81 as an alternative and come through Rathvilly. Now you don't need to go through Tullow Town itself you can follow the Carlow Road from Rathvilly and this will bring you to Killerig Cross which is located about a mile from the first CarPark for the Ploughing.

And if your not going ploughing avoid Tullow until Sunday and avoid routes to Tullow between 7am and 10 am and avoid routes From Tullow between 4pm and 7pm.

WTF with the traffic in KK city about an hour ago? Was this ploughing traffic or what, anyone know? The ring-road was grid-locked towards the Carlow road all the way out the Callan road, I was only taking the N Ross road thank god. Maybe there was a crash.
Other than this traffic was well-managed yday, was down at the ploughing yday. Wonder how the car parks will look come Saturday:eek: !
