It's probably not the hoses but give them a check anyway, it's mainly looking for cracks and squeezing various hoses.

I don't know how much you have googled it but there are a few Citro forums out there it could be worth regging onto and checking if anyone there may know.

I'm not a member of any myself so can't say if they're good, but it could be handy to be a member of one or two.
