    The biggest mess of wires was a radio install I inherited with after market 4 speakers since removed. Suffering from a bad ground I discovered by sticking the radio case to the air intake manifold.
    The rest of the wire mess is my apprenticeship handiwork...:rolleyes:

    Crimping tool folks....invaluable..

    ..accept no substitute...well solder and heat shrink if you have the patience. Wire strippers with crimping abilities aren't strong enough for a vehicle.

    Dash came out to replace HVAC blower motor that had shredded it's bearing and was grinding the commutator off the ali shroud (horrible noise made me appreciate the cold).
    Aux. lights bad ground & bad crimp to relay coil excitation.
    Parking and tail light bulb out.
    Indicator relay unreliable.
    Driver lighting/wiper control switch dangerous limits of floppy.
    Speedo cable replacement.
    Headlamp focus.
    Restoration of headlamp covers.
    Aux lights bulb went after 80 miles.


    Far side of the photo; new-ish fan belt, recond. alternator (slip rings and bearings), idler pulley and viscous fan.
