Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    which way looks better? i always have this battle when i put on a shirt, although it does depend on the cut of the shirt

    Depends on the cut of the shirt and what you're wearing it with.

    Fitted shirt with jeans - out
    Tailored with slacks - in

    being 5 8 and broad shoulders, its hard to get a shirt that doesn't look too long and make you look smaller when its out!

    You need to get a fitted shirt as opposed to a suit shirt. Thomas Pink or Jermyn St. are both very good. Alternatively, for a more casual look, Penney's were doing lovely casual fitted shirts a while back, my husband bought about 6 of them in different colours and nearly always wears these with jeans on a night out.

    Most shirts are just horribly sized


    Try H&M. Most of their shirts would be shorter than average

    If ye really have trouble findin them, just get one ye like and have it tailored

    i got some nice fitted ones in french connection a while back but cant seem to get them now. and the Tommy hilfiger fitted range are not great. for a while i have been going for the low fly jeans with a nice tailored shirt. looks ok, River island use to be good for shirts you could wear out but not any more :(

    H&M is a gift from god sometimes. As has been said above most shirts are terribly sized, absolute nightmare looking for a nice fit.

    actually H&M worked a treat bought 2 shirts there, was also in next in dundrum and picked up 5 shirts, i tried one on and it fitted perfectly, could wear it out! so i took advantage and bought 5!

    I much prefer men to tuck their shirts in. It looks much more masculine. Men who let their shirts hang out usually look like kids.
