Punk rock monster movies and the truth about reality

Has anybody here read a book called pun k rock , monster movies and the truth about reality . Its a really good book written by a guy who used to play in a pu nk band and then went to china and became a monk its a good down to earth intro to sitting zazen and some of the ideas behind buddhism , I really enjoyed it .
