    Looking for plumber in D15 (Mulhuddart Castlecurragh). Boiler working fine (I think) but gradually getting less and less hot water through system, approaching cold shower territiry.
    Not an emergency or anything, but would appreciate someone who could drop round Sunday or Monday as I can't take time off during working week this week.

    Re plumbing, I found water stains downstairs... Still building ongoing in water ville and bumped into workman at spar one day. I let him go ahead of me in queue as I was on the phone ringing a plumber. So he overheard and said he would have a look. Got my plumbing fixed free of charge plus water stains painted over. Wouldn't take any money.

    May have helped I was done up to the nines on the way to a do.

    Unfortunately he's since left, but hanging round a building site may work..
