incapicated child tax credit

my daughter has been diagnosed with a long term illness, that allows us to claim the incapicated child allowance. I have a self assessed income from a rental property and paye income does any one know if both are taken in to consideration for this tax credit or just one of them. thank you.

taxes on both incomes can be offset
