question about giant tcr / defy advanced with internal cables

    Hi.

    I recently picked up a tcr advanced 2012 with internal cables.
    i was worried it would be an issue and i was right but the cables, primarilly the front mech cable is rattleing inside the frame quite badly.

    It is more pronounced when the chain is on the small front ring so i tried to tension the cable whilst on the small ring but made no difference

    Anybody have or had same prob with same bike and whats the fix as i dont want to drop into a good bike shop and be charged 60 e .
