Good Afternoon,
I would like to pass my sincere thanks to the couple of mature cyclists who passed & gave me a great tow yesterday between Summerhill & Dunboyne, (before anyone gives out & tells me off for hanging on the back of them, I did a good 3-4 kms in front and I hung back far enough not to crowd them) my normal time for my spin of 48/49 kms is 2hours 10-15 approx. I did it yesterday in under 2 hours. I didnt use the map my ride app on my fone yesterday, I would love to know my average between Summerhill & Dunboyne cos we fairly clicked along. There was an event on yesterday that they were taking part in.
