Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Horrible isn't it. It would be great to hear the reasons these things happen to make us more aware of what to look out for when we head out on the water

Indeed, or even just a little detail about the type of dive - if details need to be restricted. I can't fathom (no pun intended) how so many (apparently experienced) divers are having such serious accidents in open water dives!

No speculation about the cause of these incidents please.

If people would like to open a thread not related to these specific incidents to talk about the potential cause of diving accidents then please do so.
