    You might have better luck in either the GAA or Waterford City or Waterford County forums.

    Talk to your local club(s). That way you'll quickly get people who are actually interested and will have tickets.

    Where in Waterford do you live. Considering the mainline also passes through Kilkenny, it might be worth your while either travelling to Cork or Wexford to get a train.
    And considering, its yer first All Ireland in a long time make a weekend out of it. Head up Saturday and come back on Monday. Accomadation is not a problem and even cheaper if you know someone you can stay with. Dublin is great craic on All Ireland weekend.
