They only charge you after they dispatch them so probably only one of them is dispatched...

Ordered Borderlands on Monday, status is "processing"/"awaiting despatch" ever since. No email (yet) about stock issues though.

Got it first on PS3.
Then they announced DLC for the Xbox and made a big song and dance about it being exclusive so i picked up a box set with fallout plus 2 dlc packs for 50 euro. Then a week later they announce DLC for PS3 . This GOTY edition is cheaper than me buying the other 3 or 4 DLC packs from PSN.

Yesterday, got a dispatch email for borderlands, and a delay email for Episodes from Liberty City.

Got a disaptch email for Episodes from Liberty City just now, so hopefully Zavvi are swamped and there is no actual stock problem.

On the Last two orders I placed with Zaavi there were delays with both of them and these where mega monday items. I got an email the friday after i placed the order saying it was despatched Thursday and i did get the items.
So don't worry too much.

The last mega monday order I placed (Batman) was on the 22nd Nov (a sunday). I received the same 'item has not been sent...suppliers' email a few days later, followed a couple of days later by a 'dispatched' notification. I received the game two days ago. Probably similar timeframe this time.

Got an email today to inform me that Batman has been dispatched. I then went to the website to check what it said about Borderlands and it says that it was dispatched, but it doesn't in the e-mail?

That site is dangerous, I'm pretty sure I'd find something new to buy every time I go on!! I miss Zavvi so much!

Oh my god this happened me too! I got the 360 version today. My online order says PS3 and the receipt that came with it says PS3. How the hell can such a mistake be made!!:mad::mad:

I will gladly pay extra from now on and not deal with these jokers again

I ran downtown and picked it up in HMV for the same price. Hopefully I can get a refund from Zavvi.

All my stuff landed today. Quite happy with the service.

However, the Batman: AA package had a Guernsey postmark on it, whereas the book was a GB on. Maybe something to watch for, as Guernsey items are liable for VAT and Customs charges.
