Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, We're starting a new build - a 2240sq ft bungalow. Our plan was to use a geothermal system but a few installers has informed us that the land is not suitable. We are now looking at air to water heat pumps. If anyone here has it installed in a similar sized house we'd love to hear what the electricity bill averages for…

Hi,

We're starting a new build - a 2240sq ft bungalow.

Our plan was to use a geothermal system but a few installers has informed us that the land is not suitable.

We are now looking at air to water heat pumps.

If anyone here has it installed in a similar sized house we'd love to hear what the electricity bill averages for a year.
