Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to add a new payee to BOI 365. I get a drop down menu, which includes options such as NTL, 02, Vodafone etc.,  Is there some way of adding another payee, apart from those in this drop down menu?  Thank you.

    Good Afternoon Matty05,

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

It is certainly possible to add an alternative payee to your account. Our website contains all the information you will require to do this and can be found here

Alternatively, you can watch a visual demo on our You Tube channel here

We hope this helps and if there is anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
