Did anyone see channel 4 news last night? I just caught the last 5 seconds of a particular item about a new virus. Didn't get the details. Seemed to be one which doesn't require you to open an attachent. Any info?

    Could be anything..
A virus e-zine was released in late February which had some
    excellent, but malicious articles.
One of the articles detailed "executable html"
Not what you may think by the way..
If you want to know about it..simply read the RFC describing it ;)

There are many unpatched issues with Outlook that are being
exploited by viruses and malware in general.

But that executing HTML was really an eye opener.
I don't read the articles to exploit the issue just incase anyone
assumes i am, its simply good to know and understand so as
    to avoid the problem.

Because the manufacturer of software no doubt know but aren't
all that concerned until the media starts talking about it.
