Is playing a backup while signed into xbox live gonna get ya banned? Or is it just actually playing online that will do it?

I'm still not banned

But there is a new firmware for samsung drives to protect from banning,

iXtreme Online

Will only work if you HAVE NOT been banned yet apparently,
