Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am thinking of making the leap from half marathons to full marathons. I have no issues doing 1:45 training runs without liquids but as the mileage is going up I will have to take water/liquids on board.
What running belts do people recommend
    Thanks for any help

I just have a cheap one from Heatons Sports World and it does the job. Room for water, house key and MP3 player and that's all I'll ever need.

Other than that, you could just run multiples of a shorter loop and have a bottle hidden somewhere on the route.
