Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

car change

    hows things lads. my parents are looking to change their car and i was just looking for opinions and suggestions. any class of a diesel up to a 2 litre thats very reliable and as high up in years as i can get for around 11,000.

    appreciate any suggestions

    I know you said 2.0 litre max but on the new tax system engine size doesn't count for much so maybe a Honda Civic:

    Alternatively you have the likes of the Kia Ceed or Hyundai i30 with long warranties.

    i was actually looking at that exact civic and suggested it but my father thought on account of it being a 2.2 the tax would be massive.

    Tax on them is €225 per year at the moment.
