Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm going taking a look at a 02 1.6 t-spark (120k km) this evening and just wondering what I should be looking out for? Have no exp with Alfa's at all.

t/b water pump tensioner idler variator every 365k or 3 years
if there is no proof of the above get the money off . around €600
the ts engine can burn oil. around the 1l per 1000km.
if the oil is low leave it.

Front wishbones/ lower wishbones/ drop links anti roll bars wear over time. every 3 years or so.
the tell tale sign is a squeak while driving that appears to come from behind the dash.
also listen out from knocking from the rear for worn rear anti roll bushings.

on the 147 look for dropped brake pipes at the rear.
